I've been using Synchro Arts Revoice Pro 3 for creating double tracks and I think it's really good sounding, quite realistic and convincing. Is there any other plug-in that is as good as Revoice on this particular aspect? I'm not looking to replace Revoice Pro entirely, just for an alternative that can do this particular double track feature.
There are several other vocal processing plugins that can create double tracks, such as Waves Doubler and iZotope Vocal Doubler. These plugins offer similar features and sound quality as Revoice Pro 3 and could serve as a good alternative for creating double tracks.
Hunnn not quite the same mate, these plugins are far more drastic (even at the lowest settings) than the double track feature on Revoice.
it's hard to know exactly what you are wanting - something super tight like a session vocalist ? or something a bit loose and with some harmonies ? or something artificial like a Beatles ADT ?
you can use Melodyne for this (a bit like revoice) or there a million plugins such as sonnox voxdoubler.
I normally find an outtake from the lead vox - tighten/tune it up a bit and lie it underneath the main vox

I want it for a super tight session vocalist, should've made it clear from the start.
I think I might try the Melodyne route, it's integrated on PT now so that makes it easier.
Out of curiosity, what does it do that something like Eventide Micropitch cannot?
Pitch-wise it operates on a much smaller scale, and it also introduces very subtle variations in time, as if a human being recorded the same take two times.
