Hello! New poster here.

I recently purchased a new MacBook Air with the M1 chip and two thunderbolt 3 ports. My Saffire Pro40 is not compatible and I need to purchase a new interface.

My budget is $1000 and I’m looking for the best possible conversion and pres in that range. I’ll be using it for tracking and mixing. 8 mic pres minimum, and I need ADAT ins.

From what I can find, the Arturia Audiofuse 8pre or the Presonus Quantum 2626 seem to be my best bet.

Does anyone have any input on this decision? I’m open to suggestions besides those two if they fit my budget and needs!
