To my limited understanding, backblaze, of course amazon, and others offer storage which can be accessed using an S3 protocol developed by amazon. I think the products you mentioned have different protocols for connecting the local pc to the cloud storage. For S3, I liked what backblaze offered. Also, my son has more amazon cloud experience, so I ran the decision past him.
I am not recommending or pushing backblaze, just mentioned it as what I decided to use, and I suspect my reasons and sytems are not in the mainstream of what people generally use and are comfortable with. Actually I vaguely recall backblaze might have a windows oriented storage option. My impression was that the s3 product was cheaper per byte but folks will have to do their own research as my memory is not what it used to be.
