I am using an old version of the Pinguin audio meter (PG-AM stereo version with the old dongle).

My problem: the Pinguin audio meter is showing "All Meters off". As soon as I go to "All Meters On", I get the error message: "Recorder: Unknown external error" (the window with the message appears four times - probably because 4 metering modules are open). It makes no difference which "device" I have selected.

On my old computer (first Win7, then upgrade to Win10) it did work flawlessly. The dongle with the latest Sentinel hardlock driver is also recognized on the new computer and the program starts (runs with administrator rights, have also tested various compatibility settings - that doesn't seem to be the problem.) Under "Device" I see the various inputs of mine RME Babyface Pro FS. Within the TotalMix FX I set a "Loopback" to ADAT 7/8 and routed the output signal of the stereo sum in the matrix to it.

Any help welcome ...
