Clay Pot Kefir Sourdough
Any bakers here?
I been making sourdough in this German clay pot called a Römertopf, and it makes the best bread ever, better than the Le Crueset. Also, I been making sourdough starter from goat milk kefir, it takes 24 hours to ferment with no discard, unlike regular sourdough starter which takes a week with constant feeding and lots of waste. And it is has more probiotics.
