I currently looking endorsement for artists and I'm looking tips and tricks to make chances being on our sides.

We currently have 6K followers on Facebook and we now started to run Facebook Ads to increase audience. Our lead singer being the main figure on this page.

I plan to open a tech/nerdy youtube channel + facebook page to talk about gears and behind the scene nerdy stuffs. I will be the main figure on this another page. And I expect to build more niche audience and maybe make brands more interested to endorse us.

But I'd like to know if it worthes to ask endorsement right now or to wait until reaching more audience (maybe 10k ?) I currently want to ask for ~500$ gear value for this endorsement (to finish our IEM rig).

Also, it maybe weird but we don't develop at the moment our youtube channel neither spotify, as currently full internet access is not common in our country (Facebook is much cheaper to access than the rest of internet).

To get endorsed, you have to be in a position where you don't really need it.

My cousin was a drummer able to get them for drums, cymbals, and sticks. Remo was the difficult one. But that only took place after he had made it.

That's the correct answer. You don't look for endorsements, they look for you. Sorry. Build your audience and the quality of your work, and the other good things will follow.
