Prepare to freeze your ass off!
I once spent 2 weeks in the woods in Wisconsin.
I fried an egg over my fire, and took it into my tent to eat.
By the time I tried to eat it, part of it was frozen (and the rest was cold).
I got frostbite on my toes (despite my thick socks and boots).
In the "heat of the day" it would often get (almost) up to 18Β°C.
It was a million dollar experience that I would not take a million dollars to repeat.
My best advice is to bring a lot of extra socks, and always keep a pair or two next to the fire.
Also make sure you have warm headgear, etc.
