Hey pchicago,
I have the Rosetta 800 and I'm using Maestro 1.9.18 also. I use mixer B in the Maestro mixer for my headphone sends - works great. Couple of ways to do it. If you just want the stereo feed of the mix as it stands, to go to the headphones, go to mixer B, "from software" set to Rosetta out 1/2, and then "to hardware" Rosetta out 3/4 ( or 5/6 or 7/8 ) and run the Rosettas physical hardware outs (3/4 or whichever you are using) to your headphone amp.
If you want to leave your current mix untouched because of automation you may have already set up or for whatever reason, then set up a bus on each track, say bus 1, and then on the corresponding bus 1 Aux track, set the output to Rosetta 3/4 (or whichever outs you are using for the headphone mix). This way you have control over what gets into the cans thru your bus levels without having to move faders.
Hope thats what you needed to know! happy new year
P.S. Make sure you raise the faders corresponding to your input channel in Mixer B also!
