I just purchased MixBus 10 and have already run into a major bug. I have a new project set at 44.1kHz sample rate; my audio interface shows 44.1kHz and I have imported wave files that are 44.1kHz (see attached screenshot).

But it's playing at both the wrong speed (too fast) and wrong pitch (up) - as if it's playing at 48kHz. If I didn't know what these files were supposed to sound like I wouldn't know there was an issue - which is a BIG problem if mixing other people's projects.

I see nothing wrong the MixBus settings and these files import and play properly in other DAWs - so what's wrong here?

It appears the project setup is not working. The default is 48k - which is what it seems to use regardless of selected SR settings. When switched to 44.1k it changes all the I/O settings and what APPEARS to be the DAW setting - but it plays at the wrong speed which means something internal is not changing.

I have tried this multiple times on different days with the same result.

UPDATE: I tried switching from ASIO driver to MME audio and it played properly. I then switched back to ASIO and it still plays properly. So the DAW does not appear to be communicating well with the ASIO driver and it's using whatever Sample Rate was set previously. Again, there is something wrong here. "Unreliable".

Bump. Curious, any updates on this issue?

Nope. Apparently Harrison doesn't monitor this forum. I did not attempt to contact them directly with this yet - was waiting to hear if others had the same issue first.

I'm running an older version of Mixbus 32 on an old mac. Never had any issues like this but I'm not using ASIO.
