SONiVOX - Film Score Companion for $74.99 https://www.sonivoxmi.com/virtual-instruments/film-score-companion.html I have this, and Garritan Personal Orchestra 5 ($149.95). They are the 2 cheapest I own. I also have 2 different collections from EastWest, that are more realistic AND more expensive. So, closest to your price, that I can see would be SONiVOX.
