IB1S - Pair

Maybe... I still feel I might want more definition from the low end, maybe I do need the Two18.. $6100+ is a big tag for passives though, fighting a much more serious fight with PMC IB1s for my love then! Might just be the recording I'm working on too I guess!

...I have modeled several nearfield position sets, three of which will make the final cut in my room. PMC IB1S, Amphion Two18, Proac Studio 100, and Auratone (mono). All of them use Trinnov except the Auratone. Unfortunately, some peoples' brains don't gel completely with the binaural psychoacoustics and you seem to fall into that...

Im talking about the smaller Main. That is very much in the realm of the 882, the ATC 110, etc. - in size, SPL, freq. etc. My point being, there are many many world class monitor options well below $30k.
