It would be great to release bigger GUI versions of the whole Silverline collection too

Don't know on the version thing but check Thoman for D16 pricing if you are in the US. I do know that I bought a used Silverline bundle and it's stuck at v1 with no upgrade path. You might be able to get an old license for a deal (but again those aren't upgradable).
