This vocal is from one of eight songs for a quick Christmas fundraising project, 8 songs in 5 hours, 3 vocalists and a piano, all single take vocals by necessity. You can hear Johanna smile as she blew the low note on "straw", she was mortified but we had a schedule. These are pure, raw and downloadable files.

BTW, this U67 Reissue is on the way to Oregon for capsule evaluation. I have enjoyed the mic for almost a year, kept it very busy but, it is among the suspect serial number range and I originally purchased the mic with the intent of having it checked when schedules allowed.

700A in omni sounded fantastic to me. Immediately a very notable difference to the U67, it has a very very open and airy top end, sounded wider. Lovely, natural, just right.

U67 sounded good though. It, er, sounded like a U67!
