I'm struggling to configure my new gear after a 20-year break...

I'm starting from scratch, I would like to configure the following gear:

Ableton Live
RME Fireface UFX+
Motu Midi Express 128
ASM Hydrasynth
Moog Mother 32
Access Virus Ti2
Roland TB-03
Arturia Keystep
Ableton Push 2

I use Mac OS CatalinaWhat I would like to achieve:

From Ableton Live via RME midi/Motu Express being able to control external synths while having everyone in sync

recording midi into Ableton from Arturia Keystep

External synths should all go into Fireface UFX+

All external synths should be recordable within Ableton Live

What I've done so far:

RME Fireface UFX is I believe well installed

Motu midi Express is I believe well installed

Ableton Live is up and running

I've been into manuals and tried to make it happen but I'm hitting a wall and I'd like to spend more time doing music than setting up hard/software.

I'm also overwhelmed with all this gear arriving at the same time.

I'm looking for someone:experienced with this gear (especially Ableton, RME, MacOS) who can help me via Zoom to set-up everything as displayed above

Ideally in the European timezone or US east coast

Ideally available within 24 hours as I really would like to get this done asap

Fluent in English with a decent set-up (microphone and headset) + good internet connection
