Wow, out of all the new monos this one appeals to me most (even more than the Boomstars seeing as it has a keyboard and 3 osc paraphony).
It would be a definite buy if not for all the stories on MFB's weak build quality and customer service. I wouldn't be scared of less-than-stellar build quality (this one seems more robust) if the customer service was solid and professional, but all the stories of flimsy products, bad packaging, no replies to emails, no reimbursements, broken products still not functional after being serviced etc. really put me off.
Would be nice to hear about some positive experiences with MFB's customer service to counter the bad ones.
