nobody argues that 5 ms do matter except people totally alien to electronic music production..

this thread is truly entertaining but utterly stupid.. there was times the engineering knowledge was a domain of the electronic producers..
the studio as a musical instrument.. producers music..

Question re : sync lock products if I may....

I am currently trawling the available solutions to these problems.

Your system and the ACME one are currently at the top of my list.

ATM this is how I am working.

Kurzweil k2600 seq is driving the rest of the rig via MTC from its own midi outs and also I am using a clock sample to drive my analogue sequencers.

It is all working pretty well but I am aware there is an offset between the midi clk and the audio clk as is expected.

Now I know you do the sync shift which is designed to solve this problem but I am very interested in the sync lock II pro system but I cannot for the life of me see if this system includes clock shifting ability as well or just clock distribution any offset sync problems would need to be addressed by the sync shift as a separate process.

The ACME box seems from what I can tell to offer bother functions in one box.

Now your sync shift and sync lock seperately are priced much more favorably than the ACME box so I am erring towards innerclock as a solution also your plugin is native rtas which is important to me.

Soooo my Q is does the synclock II pro allow for shift or would I need both units?
