I just got a brand new Korg arp odyssey today and I'm sooo very happy with it so far. I plugged it into my Yamaha thr10c and got some awesome noises to come out of it already. It will be the perfect compliment to my subphatty just like I was hoping.
I got Lexicon PCM70 and Roland DEP5. The whole time I knew I wont be done with reverbs without that Lexicon "80" reverb, knowing it from Vangelis records. Now, I'm not saying I'm done, but I'm saying I finally got it for a good price.
The Otamatone - straight outta Toys'R Us.
I could not resist this. Tried it. Sounds awfull and awfully funny. But in any way it sounds better than most on the new collabo CD from Jean Michel Jarre.
drunk ebay on payday equals I finally am getting an El Capistan...while perhaps not the most exciting piece of gear ever I think its the piece of I have lusted after the longest and just never bought
so I hope it is as awesome as you tnucs have made it out to be...Ill never buy a real tape echo and have only been marginally satisfied by software...
and here's a video I made - the Peavey processes a dry TX802 patch
You basically turned an otherwise mostly "who cares" old fx processor into something to slutz hard for with that demo of yours, especially because of the well-achived dry/wet comparison at the begining...
Classy pad playing too.
Thanks and congrats...
