Two machines are due out later this year, well when I say due out I expect they'll be announced, doubt they will be ready to buy for some time as they are clearly swamped right now.
If they come out with a nano version they could call it "Tanzlaus" or "Tanzfloh".
Actually the smaller version will be called "Tanzbiene" (bee). At least there was a mention on their fb page.
To explain, in this context both "Maus" and "Biene" are cute names for "girl".
oh man if theyre going for xbase09 turf with some updated/improved sounds or functions and keep the price somewhat low, I will keep an eye on this!
wonder if the sequencer will have a midi track for other gear? that's cool stuff on the tr909 and xbase09
chassis will be metal case, very stabil and solid looking. more info when we have the the prototypes .. in around three weeks.
the tanzbΓ€r still offer more instruments and cv/gate/sync stuff.
for musicians dont need the functions the smaller ones are perfect deals.
sequencer is improved and very tight, midi control out and in is provided.
sounds are like tanzbΓ€r, 522 and 503 but bit different. kick of the tanzmaus is very variable.

the tanzbar is way too much for me in $$ and functions

For those of us who already own a Tanzbar, will the Maus give us anything new or would it be redundant?
