Anyone tried Onno Double AB with sub/open/wide cardioids?
A room I've found myself recording orchestra in frequently lately has short but smooth reverb that takes digital extension nicely, but has more early reflections that I'd like when using omnis.
Accordingly, I get better results with open cardioid mains; about the only thing I haven't tried in there is the Onno with all open cards. If anyone has tried it, I'd be interested in how you liked it, and if you found different spacings of the middle pair necessary.
