Both songs were recorded with a Digi002R in PT. The only Outboard Equipment I used was a ISA 428 and the stock Preamps from the Digi002.
I´d greatly appreciate any feedback or critique.
On both of these tracks, the snare drum sounds tiny. Not good for this type of music.
Is the snare on it's own track? If so I would work some voodoo on that thing to try to get it to hammer more. If the drums are on a submix, you can use EQ to try to get the snare frequencies to cut more.
The drum mix is your weak link. The guitars and vocals sound fine, and the bass seems balanced.
