Best wall fixings to use on double plasterboard / resilient bar wall

Hi

I'm wondering what wall fixings people use / reccomend.

I have 25mm of plasterboard, then a 10-16mm clearance gap from resilient bars.

I want to fix some guitar hangers, acoustic panels and maybe some small shelves. I obviously don't want to compromise the decoupling.

I've seen 32mm DeWalt walldogs, and gripit fixings which you can recess with an undercutting tool which look like options, any experience using these or other methods?

If you look around pac' international's website you can view their solutions for hanging cabinets, ect, and maintaining isolation. If i recall the DC04 clip was one of the items.
