Hi,

To add tempo track information in Cubase, go to the Tempo Track window (Project > Tempo Track). You can draw tempo changes directly on this track, and they will update in real-time as you work. For CC1 dynamics, use the MIDI controller lane in the Key Editor, ensuring it’s set to CC1.
To move or copy a selection of bars with tempo information, select the desired bars and use the "Edit" menu to copy or move them. To insert additional bars without disrupting the existing tempo, use the "Insert Silence" function (Edit > Insert Silence) and ensure the "Tempo Track" option is checked. This will maintain your tempo settings.
