Apologies if this has been asked before, but I would be really grateful if someone could explain a couple of things that I can't as yet find in the manuals or online help.
1. What is the best method to use for a live multitrack recording with spill on the vocal mics?
Plugin (as an insert, transfer the audio etc)
Extension on a clip level
Extension on the entire track?
I am thinking on the clip level here as there are some parts where there are 2 different songs in the one project. This cannot be helped.

2. Following through once the right method is agreed, what next? What's the best algorithm to use? Again, given the material I am thinking melodic. But this may be wrong, and if so - why, please?

3. Just how good is the auto correction? I know there will of necessity be manual edits on howlers, but I am talking in general, how good is key/correct pitch detection and auto-adjustment
