Best Mic pre for Miktek CV4

"Hello!\nEveryone ,\nToday i just order Miktek CV4 for vocal, very excited and its my first high end mic for me, I used to own a lots of low end mic before , and now i do still also own AT 4033 which keeper! seems to works out best for girls voice !.\n\nI do need some suggestion which high end mic pre for these mic AT4033 and new Miktek CV4 tube?\n\nI did also rented Great River ME 1NV, sounded a bit more polish than my sound card mic pre, but it is not the sound that i am looking for.\n\nI am looking for more transparent sound and very airy sound and more open sound ,like you hear it from R&B and pop song.\nAvalon M5 ,Grace 101 , Focusrite ISA one would be a good choice?\n\n\nBy the way i'll be using it with RME Babyface, just upgraded.I do also still have TC konnekt 24D and Yamaha n8.\n\nThank You, \n\nPon Champa"

I've used my Miktek CV4 with a GreatRiver Me-1nv.
Was not really my cup of tea

Im getting a BAE 1073 soon

The CV4 Sounds great with the Bae 1073 MP.
no need for eq as the upper mids sounds way better with this combo than any other pre i have tested with the CV4

Clean and clear

I love the CV4, but it has a distinct flavor that benefits from a very clean pre. Avalon would be a great choice.
