I have an A7X with really bad port noise as well. I bought a used A7X speaker from Guitar Center that apparently is old and has a design flaw with the port that they have since corrected. I reached out to Adam Audio about this to see how I should proceed, and if they would be willing to repair it or if they have a service center in the US that I can contact to try to resolve this, and I've gotten absolutely no response. Their automated response verified they received my request and would respond in 3 business days. It's been over 3 weeks and I haven't heard anything. Followed up with another support ticket Mid December just asking again if it's a fix they offer due to a design flaw, or if I could get the redesigned plastic port piece (I'm willing to pay to fix if it's reasonable), no response again. Has anyone else had issues with support from Adam Audio? I'm disappointed that such a big company doesn't even bother to respond at all.

? I’m referring to the A7X. Every site I go to for the A7X including their support page is headed Adam Audio.

my a7X are from a couple years ago, they have no port issues though. The problem is the much more recently released T10S Subwoofer, which port for a pedal switch just doesnt work, it is a gimmick. Pedal switch position makes no difference. The A7X satellites work flawlessly, zero complain about them.

They have been recently replaced, by a more expensive model, which is not purely analog as before!!! so better grab a couple old A7X before they are gone forever. Berlin favourite speaker... new model is digital, and converts the signal to digital before processing it and modifying it... not good.

What other Adam are you talking about? adam software?
