I've just bought a second hand Digitech JamMan Stereo looper and I'd like to import WAV files into it from a Windows 10 PC. The manual says you need to download some software called JamMan Manager librarian, which it says is available on the Digitech website. But I looked on there, and it's not available. The looper is from around 2011 and using the JamMan Manager software seems like the only way to import WAV files to it from PC over USB cable. The only other way I could do it would be to copy the WAV files onto an SD card and import that way.

Does anyone here still own and use a JamMan Stereo with Windows 10, and do you have the software? Where can I download it?

Fraid not, I didn't have a mac as a second machine when I bought the JamMan so I didn't download the mac version.

Are you done with the link I sent you? Can I remove it?

As an update to this thread, I tried JamManager XT with Windows 10 and it works perfectly fine with the JamMan Stereo. It's a really good little software program - it even allows you to normalize the volume levels of the WAV files you load into the JamMan Stereo so you don't get volume discrepencies between them.

Do you still need the Mac version. The guy who sold me the JamMan Stereo has the Mac version of the JamManager software I believe. Well I could ask him.

Reason: The release I found over the internet doesn't work properly on Win10 nor Win7 (even under compatibility mode, and with Updates Check off). Both Internal & External Disk Spaces are not properly recognized. I can export the few loops I've created on the Internal Disk. But I can't import loops from PC to Internal nor External SD as they are reported as "not enough memory" (0MB) (which is not).

I would appreciate if you could send it to me. Many tx in advance!

Unfortunately, I still got the two errors:
1. The two disks (Internal & External) are still reported as 0MB capacity and 0MB content.
2. I cannot import loops from PC to the disks, not from library nor from private list.

I can export loops only.

Any idea?

Have you tried using a small flash drive as a source/library disk? Perhaps the software can't handle modern large disks, I haven't installed or used the jam-man software for years.
