Could be a studio job.... could be recorded with a lot of room effects dubbed in.... but I agree that the lack of synch would indicate a studio job. That sure sounds like a close miked vocal in a small room, so if it was recorded outdoors there was a good bit of reverb added. The wind noise is a cute touch but a little too consistent to sound real.
