Great job ! Excellent musicians. The Soundfield works out fine. Something not about the audio, I am looking around to buy lenses for streaming. The shot you have what was the focal distance you used? I plan to buy two cameras, probably Black Magics with a 12-40mm and a 40-150mm. Would that be sufficient to record an event like this?
I am not very experienced with cameras but I use a Panasonic Leica DG Vario-Elmarit 12-60mm f/2.8-4 ASPH. POWER O.I.S. Lens, a definite step up in quality from the stock Panasonic 12-60 lens.
This lens works well for distances from 10-15 ft up to 30-40 ft.
Having a fast lens is definitely a must for the often meager lighting in restaurants and clubs, some concert venues and most churches. Having some lights is also a definite help to get good video, and especially when zooming in from a distance. With this video, which was done in a church with some overhead spots that were NOT aimed at the musicians, I depended on 4 Quasar Q-Lion 10 (12") lights (2 on each side approximately 10 ft from the performers. They will last a full 4 hrs on battery, have 3 color accurate temperatures and 5 brightness levels at each color. They have a 3/8-16 female thread on the end and 2 magnets on the back that make mounting easy. I also like the relatively low profile-2"x2"x12". For increased flexibility, I use a 3/8-16 ball-joint mount adapter on the end of the mic stand to allow more control over the angle of the lights.
