Getting the Server Room up and running - remote desktop running visuals from all rooms to see our average output per day, looking good, working much faster now with dead silent HVAC & aircon running optimally !

Actually speeds up workflow about 300% !!

Setup outdoor smoking / chill area - and traffic (people in & out) is flowing back to normal. Were booked 24/7 and working from 7:30am till about 12 midnight, so systems are in place for all ADR/Dubbing work.

Many improvements to follow, and lots of finishes, but at least were up and running!!

Are you on PT11? May I ask about your video set-up? How are you getting video out of PT, is it via HDMI then HDMI splitter to share video between CR and ISO (I noticed your ISO room TV screen has PT's BIG TIMER). What video card do you use for outputting video out of PT? Hope you can oblige, Thanks in advance.

We are running purely digitally, so we connect a third screen/monitor digitally to our mac pro's that provides instant playback. It is working well, through HDMI output on mac, we use our thunderbolt lace drives as a conduit for a third screen. So no peripherals to keep it simple. You understand?

The TV's are also smart, so artists can surf web and Skype, check emails while waiting for engineers.... very convenient, connected via LAN cable in booth.

I know! I lived in Kenya for five years and my dream is to one day go back and build a world-class facility there. The lack of resources, material and infrastructure there is a major hurdle and challenge; SA is decidedly first-world in comparison.
