It’s been almost exactly 2 years…

I intended to take apart my basement studio for 6 months or less during a home addition project. Well things didn’t go as planned and I’ve ended up doing the majority of the work myself.

But finally today I started what will be a more fun building project as I cleaned out the control room so it will be ready to start bringing in equipment again. The desk frame had been hiding under plastic and the space had been one of many converted into storage.

I should grab a first set of gear from one of multiple places it has been later this weekend. It’s hard to remember who has what on loan anymore but at least I’m certain I know who all to track down.

First load back is a “portable” rack. That’s a beast for going up and down stairs. Would be a good quick set up to be running small scale again if I’d remembered to track down more of the cables needed for the monitors I also brought back.

I’ll be limited to headphones for another week I guess.
