I have been trying to download the NI Abbey Road 80s drums for 3 days. The company sends me new links each day and they are in german. Apparently they cannot figure out how to send the English ones.They take ages to open and then do not do anything.

This is the 1st product I have bought from them. I currently assume they are a very incompetent company. They did say i would need to use firefox and a download manager which I did use.

I have downloaded BFD,Toontrack and steven slate drums with no problems on my standard IE.

My email to NI said they they may respond in 3 -4 days. Each 40 min phone call gets me the same download that does not work.

I assume this company is not a professional outfit.
