Well any DAW will do what you want. That's bread and butter stuff. By 'sequence', I assume you mean taking your audio, adding effects, maybe a little editing and mixing, bounce to stereo?
Take your pick, really. If you're already on Live but you just want that straight up arrangement multi-track window, try Reaper since it won't cost you much. I use Cubase/PT but Reaper is pretty straighforward.
If you're talking about lining up your mixed songs and mastering then yeah, you can do that in a mastering specific program like Wavelab/Wavelab essential or make due in the DAWs mentioned above along with Samplitude, Sonar, or Studio One.
