No, I provided my card details and they have been debiting the monthly subscription amount automatically since I signed up. I suppose I could try my bank as I have the invoices and the bank statements to back up the deduction.
But the bank may not be able to help, in which case without any escalation point they walk away with quite a substantial amount of money. (Further investigation has revealed that this has been going on for some time.)
They are one of the bigger plugin subscription companies, I am sure that refunding the difference would be a drop in the water to them, however, I am starting to feel like it is because they are one of the bigger plugin subscription companies that they think they can just get away with it.
It makes it worse because I have been a customer of there's for a very long time now, and I don't believe it is an unreasonable request for them to make this right.
Anyone with half a brain would understand that no one would purposely want to sign up and be charged 3 times a month for a single product.
