i use Tower , I Moved to a new house for Few Months for work and i am constantly getting a buzzing , whatever cpu is processing noise ,mouse moving noise, it was way louder in all rooms since i came to specific room where the noise is very low i barely hear but it still exists , why This is Happening ? never happened Before , there could be a noise before but would be very low that i will have always ignored in previous work places ? i unplugged every cable , usb devices changed extensions , changed plugs ,changed interfaces 18i20 & focusrite 2i2 but it is still there .
Changed XLR cable to TRS to TRS but noise was more on TRS to TRS cable than XLR ( speaker ) to TRS ( Interface ) .
changed Interface USB cables ( used two focusrite usb cables )
i am using m audio BX5 speakers .
Why it is happening ?
i get my XLR cables assembled from Local DD/Audio shop , they make XLR cables, but XLR male & XLR female,TRS connection are good quality but are super cheap than online .
-it could be XLR cables ?
-grounding problems ? ( i know nothing about these things tbh )
- i am not using any power conditioners , but i use PC UPS batteries as i am not at my studio working .
i have to finish projects asap but i am stuck with such problem :(

No but i have lowered down the noise .
I am living with constant noise of beep which is very low and mouse noise when ever i move it ?
Tried a lot of things :
1) changed position of monitors place left speaker to right and right speaker to left it lowered a little of noise
2) when i use focusrite interface i hear noise but when i use sound prism interface noise is very minimal just 0.1% but sound prism interface stays at my commercial studio so cant take it to the home.

- I can not change the room of my new house for work but if you can try in new room because i am not getying same issue in other room , but unfortunately i can not change.
- i fixed grounding issies of Electericity but still facing issue
- Could be faulty power supply of cpu tower cuz i am getting hard disk making sound sometimes, its due to power supply not working well i know this so i am finishing my projects to before i change it
- could be loosy connections of usbs or hdmi connection of tower because i move it alot change cables like daily .

But everything confuses me when i take the same setup to studio amd everything is crystal clear and no noise .

- could be damaged usb of interface or loosy connection of interface too

I had similar issues I resolved by installing ferrite chokes over cables where DC power was being transmitted(HDMI, Displayport, USB, etc). I was getting a fairly high frequency noise through my bass guitar's pickups though more, though sometimes I would hear a little bit coming in via the monitors I have.

This in my instance was primarily triggering whenever the GPU was doing any 3d work, so that would be even loading a preview for a youtube video by mousing over it, scrolling within the browser, or loading a game. Using the ferrite chokes on the cable running between the display and my graphics card cut this down significantly. The cables running with DC power, if I recall correctly (please any electricians correct me if I'm wrong) act as an antenna that can transmit this noise to other components. Ferrite chokes act as an inductor and based on the size, can filter out HF noise.

Also lighting effects on my peripherals will drive noise through the magnetic pickups, so I disabled all of those too. Getting a higher quality power supply might help here, but it's hard to know without testing.
