I've become an avid user of Muscore over the past few years and really like it, but I'm now dipping my toe into commercial arranging and the 'non-professional' nature of Muscore has me looking for other options. I have an old version of Sibelius that proved acceptable for my first submission, but it is kind of clunky and I feel like I could be more efficient with a better program.

I was reading about Notion, with the 'tap-tempo' feature, where you can play in notation as if on a workstation sequencer. This seems like an attractive feature if it's well implemented.

It's been a while since there has been a discussion of notation software on here, so what does everyone like for 2022?
