So I've seen these XLR to USB cables that allow you to connect a dynamic mic directly to the USB in on a computer. As the 286s only has a TRS out (dumb move on dbx's part), I'm wondering if I can get one of these TRS to USB cables and have it work the same way? I'm using a Blue Spark SL condenser mic connected to the 286s for phantom power and a little processing prior to running it into the computer for video presentations. I could get an audio interface, but I'm trying to do this as simply as possible and using as little space as possible on my desk. Thoughts?
