Hi Guys, hope everybody's well, i have a big problem on acustica plugins, indeed when i work on ableton projects with my settings on acustica plugins, i save the project, but when i reopen the project, plugins doesn't recall my settings, every acustica plugins is set to 0.

Any idea ?

I'm getting the same error. Updated and reinstalled all of my Acusticas and it didn't help.

probably open a ticket is the right move

Works fine for me using the demo Tulip, Pink, Gold, and Cream Aquas under Ableton 11.2 Suite and 11.2.5 under Windows 11.

You'd probably be better served opening a ticket and going through a proper troubleshooting process than ad hock comments on a forum. For example, which Aquas, what version of Ableton 11, what OS are probably important pieces of information you need to provide if you want to troubleshoot, and the gathering of what information is needed as relevant will be built into that troubleshooting processed based on years of experience by the vendor in specifically supporting their products.
