I have installed the latest version of Nebula N4 using Aquarius Desktop. I am trying to use this in Pro Tools Ultimate 12.11.0 and Logic 10.4.4. The problem is none of my DAWs load N4. I also tried to load N4 in my CubaseLE 10 without luck. I did the basic install and I have had contact with their customer support several email exchanges including screenshots and sending them my folders they said they could not replicate my issue and now want refund to refund me. Which I do not wan to do because I simply refuse to believe i is day and age there is "no solution" to this issue. So is anyone else experience this situation on their computers? Thanks for any insights on this.

I had problems with my N4 install. The latency was really bad. Everything going through N4 was one beat behind at 120bpm.

The only thing that fixed it was nuking the entire install, getting rid of all the Acustica files, and installing everything on the same drive.

I never found out what the exact issue was. Once I re-installed, N4 worked fine.

I'm guessing you may have already tried this. If you haven't, maybe give it a shot.

Same here. N4 Player is working neither in Pro Tools, nor in Logic.
