Live 11 cpu issues using 2% cpu!

Never had this issue with earlier versions of Live. Disk warning light comes on and audio drops out. Only using 2-7% cpu. Two audio tracks only All my libraries are on a EHD.

I believe others may have had this issue but no real solutions yet???
the only way to fix it for me is to close Live and re open.

I’ve seen some fixes for the windows version, something to do with the graphics acceleration I believe,

Actually it was something to do with energy saving in the background, PC throttles apparently.
