I bought a pair of Mackie CR4-XBT speakers new from Juno and there was nothing obviously wrong with them to start with.

However, within a few days, they seem to have developed a fault where the volume dial doesn't do much until it is turned up to about halfway and it suddenly increases the volume. If you turn it back below that point it goes quiet again and vice versa.

This is the same for Bluetooth or wired and on more than one device.

Please can someone advise if this is a fault, as it was a recent purchase and I hope I can return for a refund/replacement if it is.

I bought a pair of these rather recently and they arrived with one of them blown. I think they cut a lot of corners on them.

You're best off returning them and getting the Presonus Eris instead.
