iT was the LED lights! I just turned them off and this little noise also went away!!! :D Oh my GOD :D You can literally see how it disappears once I turn them off. :D

Now you just have to decide what to do to get your lights back up and running while recording clean audio.

You might be able to simply buy better LED drivers. You might be able to add EMI noise filters in between your mains power and your LED driver inputs. An example (not necessarily the right one for you) would be the Corcom 5VK1:

Shielding might also be the solution. I dealt with one power supply that had such high radiated emissions that no amount of filtering on the wires made a significant difference, but simply putting a grounded copper foil box around the noisy supply cleaned it right up.

Lots of ways to approach this, and hard to know which way will be what you need, but at least now you have a specific problem you can research and attack!

She has less way less noise comfortably sitting away from that mic also weirdly she can say A E I O U loudly and yet somehow they aren't clipping while her other sounds are also quite as loud. Idk... it's just something here that makes it stand out. I do think that my sound recording now is better than most of other youtubers or idk since I also have appropriately treated room with almost flat response. However she just has some magic I wonder what
