Hi,

Does anyone know if there's a 'Key Binding file' with Pro Tools keyboard shortcuts for Mixbus available?

I appreciate that both DAW's are different, but I'm trying to make the switch from PT to Mixbus and I haven't got the time to learn a whole new DAW! Each week I have to put out a 'finished product' and so I have limited time to start from scratch with a new DAW - thus I always revert back to PT which I've used for nearly 25 years.....

If I could use a smiliar 'shortcut set' for Mixbus it would make the learning curve a lot quicker.

Perphaps someone has already put one together? I think there would be a market for cross DAW shortcuts if they were available.

From the manual:
"Because keybindings change slightly between Mac and Windows, and because we are regularly adding new features that might require keybindings, we no longer provide the keybindings in this manual. You can see the current keybindings for any action beside the corresponding item in the main menu"

I can't offer you PT shortcuts for Mixbus since my main DAW is Cubase, but you can easily set up your preferred shortcuts the way you want and even print them via the web browser, although I never used the latter function.

The only vid I found is Spanish, but at 0'45 he goes into the shortcuts menu and it's easy to follow.

You should really take the time to learn Mixbus' features since many of them are unique and you'd really miss out.
