Have you registered specifically for the forum? If so, have you checked your Spam folder for an activation email (I can't remember whether their forum requires email verification or not).
If you have registered and still can't post, I'd say you have two options.
1) Re-register with another email, and see if you have any joy there.
or;
2) Email
[email protected] and see if they can resolve your forum issues.
