DTP - Digital Timepiece

I've been using the Digital Timepiece for the past 15 years or so. Locks multiple master/slave computers great via anything.. word clock, adat, smpte. I also use it to lock the tape machines and their synchronizers to the daw computers.

...the ADAt's, but again it took most of the afternoon to get them to sync via SMPTE from the Motu Digital Timepiece. BTW - does anyone have a copy of "Ethnic Percussion" samples they can burn for me?

Thanks Philper, Have you had any experience with the Motu Digital Timepiece? I read recently on another forum that with the Motu unit it’s possible to slave a DAW to the timecode on tape. I haven’t had a chance to attempt it yet (need to find and study the manual), but it was seen as a...
