...the audio still works okay. Probably the most graphics intensive PA plugin I have is Lisa and after that Liquidsonics Illusion but that's only with the gui open. And I never use the bypass button on a plugin but the one in my daw (ProTools).
No more so than Liquidsonics Illusion. I do like the sound although my favorite plate is the one from UVI. Tweakable like crazy. Speaking of plates got a question about the one from Liquidsonics. One of the materials they emulate is corbomite. Web search turns up plenty of references the the Star Trek original series...
