I remember trying to do that with a Lexi MPX500 and MotU 828. Didn't work, too. For testing purposes I inserted a (mutec) sample rate converter (clocked to the MotU) an it worked. Obviously the Lexicon digital out was not in good enough sync to the input to lock. Maybe that's the problem with...
