Omnisphere includes a stunning new “Hardware Library” with over 1,600 new patches created by Eric Persing and the renowned Spectrasonics Sound Development team. Each hardware profile has a corresponding set of sounds in the Hardware Library which were specially designed using that hardware synth as an Omnisphere controller. ...haven't been able to compare HW and VST in over 8 years. I'm wondering in today's age with things like Omnisphere being more powerful than ever, Do you guys still feel a difference when using analog keyboards? Thinking of getting the prophet 6. I had the prophet 08 Is the famous 5k priced Minimoog worth it?
...result of operator skill and talent anyway, when it comes to something like Serum, Pigments, Diva, Zebra, Falcon, Phase Plant, Omnisphere, HALion, etc., etc., etc.. If someone can't get GREAT sounds out of those synths, then the problem is the operator. Just my opinion. YMMV. Anyway, carry on.
