How does a Flea 47 sound compared to a new Telefunken 47?

Well I am at Armando's studio Cosmos in Mexico and about to try his best 48, 67, vintage 87, 251 and Gefell UM900. I will report back. This should answer a lot of questions. p.s. This experience of being out here is beyond words.

Doesn't sound like the mic is working out for you. I think you should get the Josephson and compare them and then sell me the UM900. In all seriousness, sorry to hear about your operation not going well.
