The DAV Electronics BG8 is 8 of the Decca Heritage BG1 Mic Preamps in a 1u Rack.
The features of this microphone amplifier consist of low noise and low distortion. It offers switched gain controls for high accuracy level setting, high pass filter, 26dB pad, phase reversal and 48v phantom.

I am looking for a device that can convert line audio levels from a DAV BG8 and a Soundfield SPS422 into digital. so no need for built in mike preamps. lot's of Gearslutz recommend RME UFX, but I want something cheaper. what about RME UCX, RME UC RME fireface 802, RME Multiface II ??
