Hi Everybody,

I'm new to home audio and am on a budget.

Currently, I have 2 Klipsch R-51M bookshelf speakers in the front and a Klipsch RC-42 II center speaker. My receiver is a Dennon AVR-S640H.

I want to purchase a subwoofer. It is my understanding that it is best to use the same brand for all speakers, so I'm looking at Klipsch subwoofers. The KSW-10 is an older subwoofer, but the price is very appealing. Would this be a good choice for my current setup? My other speakers are part of the reference series. Does it matter that the KSW-10 is not part of the reference series?
